Who handles your enquiry
This independent website is operated by Nick Ong (Ong Shee Chiat), PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., CEA Registration No. R018430Z, CEA Estate Agent Licence No. L3008022J. Property enquiries are intended for Nick Ong of PropNex, not directly for Faber Residence Pte. Ltd., GuocoLand Limited, or the housing developer.
Information you provide
When you make an enquiry, you may provide your name, telephone number, email address, property preferences and the contents of your message. Provide only information needed to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send identification documents, payment details or other sensitive information through the general enquiry form.
Purpose of contact
The purpose of collecting your enquiry details is to respond to your request, provide requested property information and assist with availability, pricing or viewing arrangements. Sending an enquiry requests a response from Nick through the contact channels you provide; it is not an enquiry made directly to the developer.
Website and third-party services
The website is hosted with Hostinger and uses WordPress. It also loads Google advertising tags and Google reCAPTCHA. These services may process device and browser information, IP addresses, page visits and cookies for advertising measurement and abuse prevention. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices. The homepage enquiry form opens WhatsApp with the message you enter. You review the message and send it in WhatsApp to Nick at +65 8163 3644. The homepage form does not submit that message to a website inbox. WhatsApp links open a separate service. Maps, virtual tours and other linked or embedded content may be supplied by third parties, which may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, cookies and interactions under their own privacy terms. Review the relevant provider policies and available privacy choices before sending information or using third-party services.
When you continue to WhatsApp, your message is passed to that service to prepare the chat. WhatsApp processes your information under its own terms, and Nick receives the message when you send it. Contact Nick before submitting if you need clarification about recipients, storage, retention or any subsequent sharing. PropNex’s own privacy policy applies to information handled by the agency under its services; this website notice identifies the independent operator and enquiry purpose.
Your choices and privacy contact
You can choose not to submit a form and can contact Nick by telephone instead. You can manage cookies through your browser and any controls provided by embedded services. To ask about your information, request access or correction, withdraw consent to further contact, or raise a privacy concern, call +65 8163 3644 or WhatsApp Nick Ong. State your request and the contact details used for your enquiry so it can be located. Additional verification may be needed before information can be disclosed or changed.
